Admission Ticket Notes:

• Adult: Ages 13-60 years
• Child: Height 90cm or ages 3-12 years
• Senior: Ages 61+ years (Free entry for infants under 90cm)
• Waterpark Closure: Every Tuesday, except during school and public holidays

• Breakfast: RM28 per adult, RM18 per child (5 years and above)
• Room Decoration: RM140 per package (reservation required at least 7 days in advance)

• Standard Room: Garden view, max 3 adults
• Bedding: 1 double, 1 single
• Deluxe Room: Garden view, max 3 adults
• Bedding: 1 double, 1 single
• Seri Teratai Suite: Lake view, max 2 adults & 2 children
• Bedding: 1 double or 2 single beds
• Child Policy: Ages 5-12 years. Infants stay free.

Ticket and Booking Information:

• For bookings that include waterpark tickets, all tickets must be collected/redeemed at the hotel reception. Early redemption is allowed before check-in.
• Tickets are valid for one entry only.
